Love/Hate Relationship With Sports

So it's been a while since my last blog, and I thought it was time for a blogging "comeback"

Life's been pretty different since my last post. I'm in year 11, turning 16 in six days. and well... I'm about a foot taller. Haha

People rgat know me well, or know me at all, will know that I love sports. The stratagies, the competition, they exhilarition, everything about sports. But after playing sports for pretty much my whole life, I have to ask myself why? In those 15 years and 359 days, I have sprained my ankle 7 times, got kicked in the jaw, done a hamstring, sprained my wrist twice, hyper-extended my knee twice, and now the final straw, torn my quad tendon.

Injuries are a part of sport. When you plays port, you run the risk of getting injured. But, one locigal person has to ask, "why don't you just back off from the sports?" Unfortunatly I'm not a logical person, so I will continue to play sports and, as history shows, continue to get injured.

It's been 5 weeks since I tore my quadrecept tendon; five weeks to long away from sports. I'm trying to decide what is more tiring. Actually playing a sport, or counting the days until I can return to sport?
